These Terms of Service govern your use of the Breeza website and the purchase of any products through our online store. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully. Breeza is a company registered in Spain and operates in accordance with Spanish and European Union commercial law. These terms apply to customers located in the United States and across the European Union.

Who Can Buy From Us

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract, and that all information you provide during the purchase process is accurate and truthful. Breeza reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason, including suspected fraudulent activity.

Products and Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, including descriptions, images, and specifications. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions are completely error-free. If a product you receive is materially different from its description, you are entitled to return it under our 90-day return policy at no cost to you. Breeza's ultrasonic cleaning devices are designed for personal dental appliance maintenance only. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. We recommend consulting your orthodontist or dentist if you have specific concerns about your dental appliances.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in US Dollars for American customers and in Euros for European customers. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any change will never affect an order that has already been confirmed. Applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout depending on your location. For customers in the European Union, prices include VAT where required by law. We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and any other payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. Breeza does not store your full payment details.

Orders and Cancellations

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order — it is an acknowledgment that we have received it. Breeza reserves the right to cancel any order if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund within 5–7 business days. If you wish to cancel an order before it ships, contact us immediately at support@breeza.com and we will do our best to accommodate the request. Once an order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.

Shipping

We ship to addresses within the United States and across the European Union. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are approximate — Breeza is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processes, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve it promptly.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Breeza website — including text, images, logos, product designs, and copy — is the exclusive property of Breeza and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in Spain, the European Union, and the United States. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without our prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Breeza shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Spanish law or EU consumer protection regulations, including your right to a minimum two-year legal guarantee on physical goods purchased within the European Union.

EU Consumer Rights

If you are purchasing as a consumer based in the European Union, you are entitled to a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery, regardless of our own return policy. To exercise this right, notify us at returns@breeza.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will cover return shipping costs and issue a full refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product. Your statutory rights under EU Directive 2011/83/EU are not affected by anything in these Terms of Service.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from your use of our website or purchase of our products will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Changes to These Terms

Breeza reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
