Refund policy

At Breeza, we stand behind every product we sell. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we'll make it right — no hoops, no fine print, no stress. You have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a return. We accept returns in any condition — used, unused, or anything in between. We trust our customers.

Returning your Breeza product takes less than 2 minutes. Simply email us at returns@breeza.com with your order number and the reason for your return (optional — but your feedback helps us improve). Our team will respond within 24 hours with a prepaid return shipping label. Pack your item and drop it off at any carrier location — we'll take it from there. No forms. No phone calls. No runaround.

We cover 100% of return shipping costs. No deductions, no restocking fees, no surprises. Once you contact us, we'll send you a prepaid shipping label via email — print it, attach it to your package, and you're done.

All approved returns receive a full refund to the original payment method used at checkout — credit card, debit card, PayPal, or whichever you used. Once we receive your return, we'll inspect and process it within 5–7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your refund is issued. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the funds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear in your account, for a total of roughly 8–12 business days from the moment we receive your package.

We currently offer full refunds rather than direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, simply return your original order for a full refund and place a new order at your convenience. If you received a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at support@breeza.com and we will prioritize a replacement or full refund for you — usually within 24–48 hours of confirmation, and without needing to return the defective item in most cases.

We want to be upfront about the rare exceptions. Gift cards and store credits are non-refundable. Items returned more than 90 days after the delivery date fall outside our standard return window — that said, contact us anyway and we'll always try to find a solution.
