Shipping policy
At Breeza, we believe getting your order should be as effortless as using it. That's why we offer free shipping on every single order — no minimum spend, no exceptions, no surprises at checkout. What you see is what you pay.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details immediately after purchase, and a second email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next available business day.
Delivery Times
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are 5–10 business days depending on your location. US customers typically receive their orders within the lower end of that window. European customers may experience slightly longer transit times depending on customs processing in their country. These are estimates — while we do everything on our end to get your order to you as quickly as possible, occasional carrier delays can happen and are outside our control.
Order Tracking
Every Breeza order includes tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way. If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 5 business days after shipment, contact us at support@breeza.com and we will investigate immediately.
Customs and Import Duties (EU Customers)
For customers in the European Union, your order may be subject to local customs processing. In most cases this causes no delay, but occasionally packages may be held briefly at customs. Any applicable import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your local customs authority — Breeza has no control over these charges. If you are unsure about potential duties in your country, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@breeza.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately — no need to return the damaged item in most cases. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, contact us within 7 days and we will open an investigation with the carrier and make it right.
Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Breeza is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us at support@breeza.com right away and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.
